All digital ads are full color.  Digital ads in .pdf, .jpg, .png format are preferable.  Highest possible resolution, but at least 1080 pixels.  Ad copy deadline is EXTENDED to Friday, October 20.

If you need us to design your ad/message, please select a template from the flash sheet and include your written message.  There is no additional fee for this service.  If a message is sent without a design, one will be chosen to accompany the message.
Sponsorship opportunities for this event include the DJ, photo booth, food, child care, and mailing supplies & postage - to name a few.  Mark 'yes' and a committee member will reach out to you to discuss sponsorship options.
Our celebration on November 11 will include an auction. We are now taking donations for items large and small.  Previous auction items have included:

• A night or more at a vacation home  • Event tickets, museum passes  • Sports memorabilia
• Gift certificates to local businesses and restaurants  • Art work  • Jewelry  • Food/wine

If you have an item to contribute to the auction, mark 'yes' and a committee member will reach out to you to coordinate.  Every donation is appreciated; small items can be grouped together to form “baskets” to be raffled.  The deadline for donations is Friday, September 15.
